This built-in unit has a working surface area of 500mm x 300mm. Plenty of space to create ice cream rolls.

As a built-in unit, the ice pan will drop into a hole in an ice cream cart or counter top area. They should have appropriate ventilation for the ice pan to run effectively. For approved ice cream carts which can be delivered to you, please go here.
