This built-in unit has a working surface area of 450mm x 450mm. The perfect amount of space to create ice cream rolls.

As a built-in unit, the ice pan will drop into a hole in an ice cream cart or counter area. The counter should have appropriate ventilation for the ice pan to run effectively. For approved ice cream carts which can be delivered to you, please go here. We also have approved ventilation fans available for purchase which plug directly into the ice pans electronics. Please ask for our installation instructions.
